Cooking instructions

Place a little oil in the pot, add onions to cook through. If there are other vegetables, you don’t really like but feel you should eat, add them here too so that they cook more throughly and the taste blends in

Add ground beef, cook until browned and crumbled

Add all other vegetables

Add spices

Add tomato paste – this acts as a unifying agent and helps to remind you this dish goes well with pasta. But tomato paste is not necessary

Keep on cooking for a few minutes. You really only need to cook to make sure all ingredients are blended.
