We are entrepreneurs who love, and need, to eat, without disrupting our productivity. We want to cook healthy food as efficiently as possible, and enjoy good meals at all the proper times.
But the main idea is to keep cooking from overtaking our lives. We do not want to stop our businesses to cook. But we do not want to order-in all the time either. And sadly, we do not have anyone who will cook for us.
We had to learn to efficiently make healthy delicious meals that could last for weeks and not become boring. And now we are going to share those ideas with you. Anyone who is trying to stay productive while dealing with life’s mundane duties can appreciate the goal we are trying to accomplish.
This website includes cooking ideas (what most people call recipes), health tips, product suggestions that might work for you, some lifestyle tips, and more. The idea is to have simple, relatively fast, bulk (or mass) cooking meal plans that can work anywhere and keep us going on our entrepreneurial journey.
Disclaimer: These cooking and eating ideas are based on our own opinions, experience and ideas. If you have any dietary or health restrictions, you should follow the advice of your medical professional. This site is all suggestions not to endorse any particular food or food preparation process. We eat everything. We just want to do it more efficiently.
Our most basic concepts:
- Cook in bulk. We cook up to two weeks of meals at a time. We are assuming you do not have a family of ten. If you do, you’ll probably need ten of every one of the cooking products to make the process work.
- Freezer to microwave. If you do not have a freezer, this approach will not work. If you do not have a microwave oven, reheating will take longer.
- Keep it simple. We do not make separate sauces or cut up ten different types of vegetables.
- Monotony. Think same food cooked same way all the time, or same food group (like different types of fish) cooked the same way every time
- Spices. To break up the monotony.
- Frozen vegetables
- Frozen fruit
